After starting life as graphic designer, by chance I fell into the world sport, recreation and leisure coaching and have been there since 1989!

Sport, recreation and leisure coaching have given me a great appreciation, understanding and application of their power to enable change, focus, perform, reflect, and transform.

Through Creativ Life Coaching, I am now able to use these experiences to help you achieve change in your life, overcome obstacles, find direction and achieve what you want to achieve.
